Help! My baby chameleon is under the uvb light

Take a stick and put it right in front of him and then move your hand around behind him to encourage him to walk into the stick...once he has all four feet on the stick lower the stick to the branches in the cage and encourage him to walk off the stick onto the branches...if he hasn't come down already.

Finally came down, his top branch is higher so he can get enough warmth and uvb. I still have to buy the plants and more vines.
