Ever since I got my panther , I've realised these are fascinating animals!!! Chameleons are awesome!! They have such personality! (In fact all reptiles too) but chameleons are something special! I really wanna get a Jackson chameleon and a carpet and I wanna breed panthers in the summer! What should I do! I'm allowed to get one more animal (I'm 16, doing a course at college about animal care) I either might get a Kenyan sand boa or a anther chameleon!! But I'm not sure which I mean I love chameleons but I wanna try with my first snake :) but I know if I get anther chameleon I'll want more!!! God damn chameleons are additive! Anyone else had this? How did you get over it!?

Slow down and take one thing at a time, dont rush into any decisions :)

If you decide to mate your male, buy a female panther from one of our sponsors, like the Kammer's, Dr. O, Komeleons, or someone who is a small
scale breeder, doing it out of love for chams, and not profit.

Jax are fairly easy to find, I got mine from FL Chams, Mikes chams are always super healthy, and he always has jax for sale.

You do know that females require special care, right?

I think you shouldnt think about breeding untill you gather some experience keeping these alive and healthy.
Doing research is a must, but it does not replace hands on experience.

Breeding chams requires a lot of work and time when they hatch, and you have a bunch of babies to care for.
