Welcome to the forums. Definitely do not put them together when she is that color. If you left them anything could have happen. They could have fought and that could be her extremely stressed colors. I would never leave them alone when you have them together. The male can even kill the female. If they mated, they normally lay around thirty days after the mating. Make sure she has a proper laying bin in her enclosure at all times. https://www.chameleonforums.com/laying-bin-set-up-educational-video-77225/

thanks

I think she was not receptive and not ready to mate if she was pretty green colors. How old is she? They get allot of blue with mustard color when ready to mate. Check out this video. https://www.chameleonforums.com/receptive-female-chameleons-educational-video-62869/

she about a 14 month old,she lay infertile egg 3 months months ago,it mean she not gravid? even she has gravid color? i was thinking they mated when we did not see them ,they are seperated now,but still has gravid color

Glad to hear she can not see him and it lightening up. In this picture she is showing the mustard spots they have when ready to mate or lay infertile eggs.

its the 1st time she changes in to gravid color, few months ago normal color n she laid 54 infertile eggs, now trying to breed her after 3 months since she lay, there is a board in between the enclo ,they do she each other, but still a little greyish color but she already lighten up compare yesterday

If it's been three months since her last eggs she might already have eggs again before you tried to breed especially if you keep her warm and overfeed her.

how long do they develop eggs from the time they lay eggs? 3 months?i means that nxt tym after laying infertile egg how many days since that should i try to breed,i have read its about 2 to 3 month, its warm in our country
