Help! 911!!!

Can someone please double check this? In the last set of pictures, the feet in the middle picture look very strange and misshapen. Am I the only one seeing that?

No you're no the only one who noticed that, they look like they're going a bit backwards, and curled up kinda.

I was going to say his feet looked backwards but I didn't think people would get it. It really doesn't look right
