I agree with Sandra and you need to get some vines and branches in there. Those plastic plants you have hanging to not offer much support and that is probably why he is hanging on the side. Also, do you have a red light on in there? If so, remove that and get a white housebulb(just an ordinary housebulb) and use that for your basking bulb. I still have not figured out why they even sell red bulbs. Anyways, I want to say welcome to the forums! You have come to the right place to learn about chameleons!!! You do have a uvb bulb in there also, right???

yes i have a long one on the back that i turn on during the day and i have vine ut have trouble keeping it up in that pic it had fallen down i have 2 vines in there that go through the middle but as said they fall and if you have any sugestions on geting them to stay that would be awsome

I use thumbtacks through the screen to attach branches horizontally. They hold really well. I also get parrot ladders from the pet store as additional pathways. I think I see a waterfall in the 2nd picture- you may want to rethink that as the water source. Crickets love to crawl in and drown  which makes for some pretty nasty water!
