I'm not sure lol. You need a linear uvb and a heat lamp no matter what so it doesnt really matter. I'm not sure what you mean by combo

Just add up the wattage, you can then look up a comparative chart for your area.
In short it is right around 100w combined depending on set up. So like running a 100x light bulb.

I got lights for my bearded dragon, panther and lights for some indoor plants and pitchers and I didnt really see much of a difference for how many lights were running 12hr days
