heat and temp issues

I'm not sure if I'm stressing but I have a juv jacksons in a 65g screen enclosure. I have a 75w daylight spot, 26w 5.0, and 100w sunglow. All exo terra brand. The basking spot on the 2nd down branch is 85F. The ambient temp is 74f. Humidity 50-60 on average
The bad... for the time being I'm living in a basement and I know this isn't the greatest for my little buddy, but were both stuck momentarily. Any suggestions

Are you using a UVB light? I'm not familiar with the lights you are using but it seems light some pretty high wattage for a Jackson.
