healthy poop ?

well i just saw him poop and i dont know this time is kinda of liquid but before that i heard a a drop in the cage and the 1st bit that came off him was a little harder .
is this normal?

yesterday he ate about 5 cricks 5-6 mealworms

That looks normal enough to me, I guess there was a white urate section too? Sometimes poop is a little runnier, it's usually nothing to worry about. Do you feed other insects too? More variety never hurts

could not find the urates they dropped somewhere in the cage with the more consistent poop, well thats all i have for the moment - should i feed less mealworms and more crickets ? i will get other bugs next week

Less mealworms would be better, they are a little fatty, and have a lot of chitin. If you gutload well then they'll be better - here are some great links for feeders and gutloads
