Don't agree if you don't handel them i hardly think cleaning the enclosure or hand feeding builds trust. Enough if you have to get them out for whatever reason it has to be a good experience. As much as possible. So first visit . Good luck with the second

Handfeeding is actually a great tool to build trust! That, free-ranging, and outside time are all great ways to build trust and positively reinforce human interaction with things the cham enjoys. Of course it only works if you and the cham stay calm, which is why most people use a spare stick/branch to transfer their chams to their free-range and outdoor enclosures/areas, along with feeding treats during those times.
