So I was trying to get Cooper out of his cage and he got very angry and bit me hard enough for it to raise the skin a little. He has only bitten me once before but not like this. I put some peroxide on it but it never started bubbling. Is there anything else I can do?

Neosporin or triple anti biotic ointment is always a good idea. Ice helps with any swelling.
If it helps you probably scared him more than he scared you.

I once heard in a fairy tale from far far away that mommy kisses worked on everything once needed.. To bad I already tried this and it did not work so I'll have to stick to what @JacksJill said
