An unhappy cham will either pace the walls or top of the cage constantly trying to get out or sit hidden, dark, and not eat or drink. A contented cham will show quieter colors, bask, eat, drink, and then pick a favorite spot to observe the world. You'll see a daily pattern in where the cham likes to be at a particular time of day.

I would recommend the UVB 5.0, try to get a linear tube not the coil.

If she has a good enclosure, she should already have her favorite spots, especially for basking and sleeping. However, if she changes from time to time, do not worry!
A good way to higher your chance that your chameleon is happy in his enclosure (if a chameleon can be happy...), i suggest you fill this form and have your whole setup reviewed:

Veiled,Female about a month old, one week
Handling - How often do you handle your chameleon?
for feeding twice daily but i use a vine keep contact low
Feeding - What are you feeding your cham? What amount? What is the schedule? How are you gut-loading your feeders?
Crickets waxworm,till she shows no itrest 10am and
6pm,feeders eat clcium suplement oranges lettuce (not iceberg)
Supplements - What brand and type of calcium and vitamin products are you dusting your feeders with and what is the schedule?
Fluckers
Watering - What kind of watering technique do you use? How often and how long to you mist? Do you see your chameleon drinking?
I mist and have a dripper,i mist three times a day with room temp water or a little warmer I have seen her drink
Fecal Description - Briefly note colors and consistency from recent droppings. Has this chameleon ever been tested for parasites?

She has a night light red heat lamp.lights come on at 7am and off at 8pm
Temperature - What temp range have you created (cage floor to basking spot)? Lowest overnight temp? How do you measure these temps?
from about 70 to 85 lowest temp is about 74 I have to gagues and i use a infered temp gauge
Humidity - What are your humidity levels? How are you creating and maintaining these levels? What do you use to measure humidity?

Plants - Are you using live plants? If so, what kind?

My room near window just me and my dog. 41/2 feet roughly

I had no choice of age my friend got her and couldn't take care of her
I have D3 i dust twice a week and the multivitamin is every other week
She gets her sunlight daily
The UVB light was damaged in shipment waiting for replacement
What time should I feed her?
The cage temp drops to much is the cage has no lights at all on

D3 should only be used twice a month as well as the multivitamin. I feed all my chams about 2 hours after lights come on(7 am) so they have the rest of the day to digest and do whatever they feel like doing. How cold does the cage get at night? If it gets below 60 degrees then I recommend you get a space heater. Chameleons can see the red light so at night it is probably disturbing her.
