Do we know that chameleons can convert beta carotene to usable vitamin A?

Own a group of panthers and try a proformed VitA diet 
In my experiences males are more sensitive. Showing signs much earlier than females. I havent seen a reputable study/research on this.
I think sandrachameleon and a few others are able to keep panthers on a proformed vitA diet. Im not sure if it is a on individual chameleon bases or if the keeper has the nutrition of gut loading and particular supplements/regiment down to a fine art.

yo for suplimenting just get repashy calcium plus and dust feeders every feeding, its an all in one supliment, makes life alot easyier and alot of people use it on the forum.
Yea, I'm thinking I'm going to order this stuff. It seems like it's getting pretty good reviews from everyone and would make life a whole lot easier!
Question: How is it possible to give that every feeding without over supplementing if you have to be careful with other types of supplements?
