Gutloading food questions

At my house grapes, and bananas are readily available. Ive wondered if grapes, bananas, or banana peels are ok to feed to the crickets. Havent heard anything about them. Thank you all!

grapes are high in sugar - okay now and then but not a good choice for regular use.
Banana is high in phosphorous, but fine now and then
