gutloading feeders with chicken

Is this a bad idea? insects in the wild would feed on dead animals often. Probably not a cooked chicken exactly but some sort of creatures flesh.
I was thinking bbq chicken but rotisserie chicken might be better suited, or should it be left raw? has anyone done this?

From what I have learnt from reading many things, animal protein is bad for any lizard. More so for chameleons and can cause gout I think. Others will clear this up though I'm sure

High animal protein containing items are generally not recommended for gutloading by people who know far more about it than me. Gout is an issue as mentioned above. Protein is also hard on kidneys.

I would not use chicken.

Now... eggs from chickens that eat chicken are ah-MAZE-ing. I don't care if it's wrong. Scrap-fed chickens lay the tastiest eggs.
