Guessing the chameleons age!!

Hello, I purchased my lil'cuttie Josè at Petco and was told he was a month and half. I've had him for 4 plus months so now I feel he about 6. I tried measuring him and he was 1 foot and 3 inches.
Then recently I was told he is older, they said 8-9 months. Which brings on alot of stress because of having to purchase a new bigger cage and lights. I had planned on doing all that in January. I am not able money wise right now.

What age would you guys guess he is?

well he has his patterns in and looks to be pretty big so my guess would also be at least 8 - 9 months I'm no expert but that's just my opinion

Yeah, I agree with 8 or 9 months minimum. You're going to want to upgrade his cage size as soon as you possibly can.
