I have had Esperanza (my graceful or possibly senegal) chameleon for 2 months. I've got her in a double-wide screen terrarium with real pothos and vines and a laying bin. I have put up curtains so that she could have privacy and encourage her to lay them. After only 1 day it worked! she has dug herself a tunnel in the bin and has been sitting in the dirt for hours.
How long should I expect until she's done?
Do I feed crickets on regular schedule or wait until I see her back up on her regular perch (on opposite side of terrarium)
Will she come out and get water (mister is on opposite side of cage) when she needs it?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
