I really don’t know what you could put on it right now maybe some one knows but it is not that bad but I still get a vet appointment just to make sure nothing else is wrong.

You're welcome! Just make sure the Neosporin is plain. The kind with painkillers is hard on their kidneys.

Glad to have you here. Keep asking questions and improving your husbandry...I feel like I learn something new every day here and am constantly making tweaks to my chams enclosures and care accordingly.
With it close to the mouth, you need to be careful that what you use won't poison the chameleon if it gets ingested. It would really be best to see a vet. You said you can't get to one...where do you live?
I'm not a vet and with it being close to the mouth, I don't want to give you medication info in case I'm wrong...and what I would suggest you need a vet to give you a script for anyway.
