I would stay away from the purina. How long did you stay away from the grains for? You have to get rid of all grains. Treats, food, everything. If you switch back too soon it doesn't help anything and you'll never know. Grains shouldn't even be in their diets anyways.

they said it is only during the winter so i doubt it is allergies, it is probably just from being wet and or stuck indoors in the winter. But yeah I definitely vote grain free for my dog and cats. I used to buy taste of the wild it is a really good food and cheaper than most other grain free diets.
