Good product?

I prefer the T5 fixtures that take the longer bulbs. The product you linked to takes the compact fluorescent bulbs. They're ok, but I like the spread of light (and UVB) that you get from the T5 bulbs.

It shouldn't cause any problems. There were issues with compact fluorescent bulbs a few years ago, but the problem should be fixed now. I've used them, and still use them on some of my pygmy and anole set ups.
I think the T5 setups are a little more money than the fixture you linked to. I bought one for around $50 US.
