It sounds pretty good but I would add some greens. I also like to use a good dry gut load such as cricket crack to my fresh fruit and veggies.

What kind of greens u recomend i have arugala on week 2 maybe slip one in week 1 ??? N what do i just sprinkle the cricket crack ontop of my fruit n veg?

You can buy cricket crack here: https://www.chameleonforums.com/dry-gutload-sale-37717/

I keep a little lid full in with my insects at all times. Then the night before I'm going to feed I pull the insects that I'm going to feed and put them in a deli cup with a spoon full of the Cricket Crack and they eat it all night long so when I feed the insects the next morning they are well gutloaded.

For greens I use dandelion, mustard, kale and collard greens.

I readto avoid daily use of kale or collard not sure why but remember reading that... Not tryin to bash ur info btw just got that from carolchameleons blog.
I like the idea of taking out the crickets the night before to insure gutloqding tho. Definaty will b using that one!
If anyone has anyother "greens" suggestions let me know

I don't use any of my gutload items daily.....not even weekly. I rotate various fruits and veggies all the time.

Oh ok so you think my gutload should be more diverse than 2 weeks maybe should i add a third week to the rotation?

You could do that or just don't stick with the same items. I pretty much feed what I have. If you use the cricket crack you are petty much using the fruit and veggies as an extra and for hydration. Have you read my blog for new keepers? You might find that useful. https://www.chameleonforums.com/blo...-keepers-young-veiled-panther-chameleons.html

You might drop potatoe from the list and add in one more green leafy thing and/or spirulina or kelp

awesome thanks for the help! ill lose the potato when i run out and sub in arugala or kelp... also quick question are unsalted raw pumpkin seeds ok to bring up for a dry feed? i was planning on using crushed pumpkin seed mixed with crushed barley
