going on 4 months, what should i feed him?

my chameleons is going on 4 months, should i stick to just feeding him fruit flies and crickets still, or is there something else i could give him?

You can try dubia roach nymphs, as long as they aren't wider than the space between his eyes. Try anything that small that you can get from one of the site sponsors!

There are several feeders that you can try, at 4 months.

Small Silkworms
Small Hornworms
House flys
Blue Bottle flys
Pheonix worms
wax worms
butter worms

The list goes on, just make sure they are appropriate sized.

ya i was just curious, awesome, when do you think is a good time to feed him a pinkie every other month, like around a yr or so? i hear its good protein and so on

Read that thread. They have a lot of fat. There is a possibility of gout, as well.

I see no reason to feed them unless you have a skinny, calcium deprived chameleon.

You can feed a small version of just about anything that you would feed an adult. So long at it is not too big.
