After throwing out our old christmas tree last year my new one arrived this morning. I thought i would set it up to ensure it all worked. Gizzy was beside herself with excitement to see this lovely green tree and immediately began tapping at the door to come out. I took her out and she was like a lizard possessed trying to reach the tree. I put her in and she promptly dashed around until she found a window spot and settled in it. I couldn`t resist a few snaps of her festive frolic.

Where's the video then Sally?! That would be so funny to see! Our Christmas tree is too tall and I know if I let Amy or Tommy near it , it'll take me ages to get them back off it again!

Neither Thaxter nor his predecessor, Saccardo, ever showed the least inclination to get into a Christmas tree. Don't know whether it's hard to grip, or smells funny, or I just have weird chams. Good for Gizmo!

Oh i wish i had got some video I`ll see if i can get some next time. She was a bit of a nightmare to get back out though, she has a new habit of squeezing your hand when she doesn`t get her own way and it is ever so slightly painful. I don`t know what i would do without her she is such a joy.
