There are a couple issues in there you should definitely try and fix soon. First off, that is an extremely small cage for a year old female and she could be starting to have issues with egg binding if you are noticing the lethargy and not eating. Second, you need to fix your supplement schedule. Calcium with no D3 every day, calcium with d3 twice a month, and a multivitamin every two weeks. Third, dog food is a terribly unhealthy gutload. There is a lot of fat in it, couple with high amounts of animal protein that she could be having issues with. You should really look into switching these things up, and quickly.

Also, watery, light brown, orange poo is really not a good sign. She needs a lay bin in there also, and you should start to try and get her a little better hydrated. That could also be why she is lethargic. Dehydration definitely leads to lethargy, and can cause issues with constipation, also.

Oh I see bigger cage and egg binding huh? O I use the reptical with d3 every feeding. I will find without d3 and what kind multivitamin? What type of gut load is safe for a chameleon.

Check out some of sandrachameleon 's blogs. She really has some awesome information on gutloading. But in general, go with leafy greens, fruits, and other high calcium foods.

Also, check out this video by Dez on the Female lay Bin and get one in there as soon as possible.

Definetly only want to use the D3 one sparingly. Chams can overdose on artificial D3, but still need the calcium. The one you are using should only be used twice a month.

sandrachameleon has some really good gutloading blogs like this one

Look through her stuff, she's a genius.

The multi-vit I've been hearing most about is called herptivite and its also made by repcal.

You cham definitely sounds dehydrated from the "orange" part of her poo. Most likely its the urate, which in a well-hydrated cham should be white. You mentioned you mist her. How often, and for how long?

Edit: Dangit ChamMan, quit typing faster than me! lol

I only mist once a day heard they get water from crickets. 40 seconds probably

No you definitely need to mist more than that.. if they do get water from crickets it is a minuscule amount. Having well hydrated crickets does help but you really need to mist at least three times a day.

Cool three sounds good wanted to get a misting machine. But zoomed cages don't have any holes for the nozzle. Would a exo terra tank be ok one of the new ones I keep seeing. That was what I wanted to get. She just doesn't look very well under her basking light. Eyes close and dark color some times. Turns a light color after I mist.

You should definitely go with an all screen cage for her. The eco terra vivs are nice but they really arent big enough for adult panthers, even females. She needs a good amount of space to get exercise in and find cooler or warmer spots in. The cage she is in now doesnt seem to have that much room for a temp gradient.
