Fiona's Mom
Chameleon Enthusiast
Ok...here's why. Fiona is now nine months old and the last couple of weeks has been beautifully showing her receptive colors. She doesn't normally move around a lot but lately she is moving all over her walls and even climbed out on the door when it was open....this was a first. I feed her every other day now and Sat. she only ate a couple medium sized discord roaches. Today I went and got her some roaches and she only ate 4 of the 8. This tells me the next step will be eggs. I have a bin right outside her cage (I'm retired and home a lot) but she hasn't gone to the bottom of her cage yet. I am giving her calcium and making sure she gets everything she needs but this will be her first time laying eggs. So far I don't feel "jelly beans"....how far do you think I have before she lays eggs?
