Well i got my male veiled when he was two weeks old. (most people will not ship this young, but I bought my guy from a local store)
He began in the smallest reptibreeze screen cage I could find.
I put 4 small scheffelara in it. bare bottom of cage.
I went to lowes, and bought a metal shelf rack.
Take a look at my thread here https://www.chameleonforums.com/kinks-home-57236/

For water I use a little dripper, and hand mist 3-5 times a day for 2-3 minutes each.
For feeding- I offered about 15 crickets a day, but he really only ate about 4-8
I use a 75 watt house bulb for basking, and reptiglo 5.0 for UVB.

really a small cham can have the same setup as any adult, just smaller. :) uvb bulb, basking bulb, a little room to roam, you should be fine as long as you research what to buy before getting the cham and setup. I got my guy at about 4 or 5 months off craigslist(couldn't NOT rescue him :( ), he was the size of my pointer finger. I went right for a reptibreeze 18x18 cage and he did fine. He quickly outgrew it though, so plan to invest in a baby cage and an adult cage.
