I use those same kinds of misting systems. When I need one, I usually order one from China off e-bay for cheap- they look exactly like the one in the photo, or very similar (I've purchased from different people over the years).
They work great for me. Occasionally a nozzle gets clogged (I'm on a well) and I simply unscrew the nozzle and spray it out and return it to use.
I got safe for human drinking water garden hoses from walmart a few years back to hook up to the system, and some y-splitter/selectors so I can run some banks of cages more often than others.
Too late tonight for a piccy- maybe tomorrow I can take a quick pic or two for you.
Oh- I took a sharpened chopstick (used a pencil sharpener on it) used that to make a small hole in the center of the top of each cage. There I insert the t-connector on the mist line and then I put the actual nozzle inside each cage.
Doesn't have to be this way- I once made a framework above the cage tables and a single nozzle took care of multiple cages. But I like this way better as the lizards can climb up and get out of the mist because of the "cone" shape inside the cage- I don't like to force them if they don't want it, so this way part of the cage remains dry (ish).
