Gaping mouth!!!

My female panther has been gaping her mouth off and on for the past 4-5 hours. I thought maybe she was hot but now it's lights off and I noticed her awake with her mouth open. I went and grabbed my camera to take a pic and she closed her mouth. I think she has something stuck in her mouth or throat. Any advise?

How hot is it in her cage still? if the temp didn't drop drastically she could still be warm. The heat doesn't just all disappear once the light goes off.

does she have any excess saliva?

Does she have any raspy breathing like popping or wheezing? I wouldn't say your temps got raised unless you changed the bulb or somethin.
