I decided today that since Reptar likes to tightrope walk the door of his enclosure every time I open the door to explore that it was time to show him some real freedom outside. At first he was not into it and kept climbing all over me but after a couple of minutes he relaxed. I can't believe how far he's come. From so timid that he would run away from even when trying to cup feed him to climbing on my hand when I hold it in front of him. It's crazy to think when I first got him I thought I'd never be able to hande him because he would always hiss and lunge at me to chill as cucumber. Seeing him enjoy the sun and laughing at my neighbors because they thought he wasn't real turned my day around.
