Free range pin-head crickets for neonate

Should i cup feed or free range my pin head crickets with my baby veiled chameleons

I like to do a combo of both with my Chams. A few in a cup just to know that they are getting them. And a few free ranging to promote a natural feeding behaviour

i agree!! thats what i did when my fellow was tiny he liked chasing them down alot but would cup feed also

Thanks guys I've been cup feeding only but i haven't seen any of them eat, I know that they are due to the fact most go missing. But not sure if they all are eating. They look and seem healthy. I was also worried about them getting bit.
