well ill get my cham in a week !he will be about 3-4 months veiled male.
the best daily food source is it really crickets?
i've read that mealworms must be given just as treat -is this true?cant i daily feed with them?
how often can i feed him mealworms,silkworms,superworms?and at what age should i give this to him?

veggies how often can i give him ?and how much?
 
Crickets are more of a 'staple' but so are other bugs like roaches. Both need to be properly gutloaded. Superworms should be gut loaded as well, and if fed at the right size, should not make up more then 10% of your chameleons diet. A chameleon needs a lot of variety, so you'll need many different bugs. You can order butter worms, silk worms, phoenix/repti worms, horn worms, or you could hatch out your own baby praying mantids. All are great options. :)
