flex tape help

So i need to buy feeders asap! Since NE Ohio sucks right now as far as weather goes, I want to get a heap of roaches and let them do their thing so I don't have to order all the time in this horrible weather. My Q? What the heck is flex tape and how do i use it?! Ok really just how do i use it? I know its heat for op breeding temps. Thanks

Ok I got it, thanks to big apple pets. They have a YouTube video on how to buy, connect etc. Good thing I looked since this is not the way I need to go and would be better off with a regular heat pad for a single glass aquarium for my roaches.
