Finished the Cham Room

I put the finishing touches on my cham room today and thought I would share to get feedback from the community; besides many cosmetic updates I upgrade my Jackson's cage size and installed a mistking. This warm jungle room is going to help keep me sane through the upcoming depressing Cincinnati winter!

Those racks are all I use, they range from range from 50-70 dollars depending on size. Go to home depot, they sometimes sell displays for cheap. Also check craigslist. I buy the wheels that go on them so I can wheel them outside to clean my reptile room easily.

Cheapest place I've seen em was target, I use em for mine, I took the bottoms of the cages out and the water drips thru the wire racks into a pan underneath which I empty daily

I got them at Lowes for $70 per 48'x72'x18" rack and couldn't be more perfect for holding a screened cage. Very easy to adjust and easy to tie down cords and water tubing. A shower curtain fits around one perfectly as well for drainage and privacy (water repellent micro fiber $15 ea).

Another cool thing I added was a humidistat for the ultrasonic humidifier in the foreground of pic #1. For $55 I keep a perfect 68% ambient humidity.

I think I will go pick up some wheels tomorrow, great idea! (Who am I kidding, the "finishing touches" will never end)

Looks great!! That spot above the smaller cages will be a awesome free range area as soon as those plants start growing.

Yeah, my room is never ending. The wheels are great if you don't have outdoor enclosures. I just remove the lights, disconnect mist tubing, wheel the cages outside, re connect the mist king and the chams get some sun.
