Well guys ever since i returned i have been very busy and patches was sitting in the freezer for a week. I fell bad even though she has past. So today i finally put her into the soil of my garden where the sun shines bright every morning. Shes under a peice of shefflera she had in her terrarium so hopefully it will grow as her little chameleon spirit climbs up it to go to the big tree in the sky.

Sorry to hear it. It's very hard to lose a pet. :(

Are you sure the schleffera will do well outdoors in your climate? I had mine outside for a day and it wilted badly (though we did have a heat wave, temps in the 100's). Just wanted to make sure you wouldn't have to re-plant later.

ya, i took 2 other stems from the same plant and put them over 2 other pets and they have been doing great ever since. There is lots of shade during the day and just the right amount of sun in the morning
