finally got Stanley outside today!!!

it's been soooo hot here i haven't been able to get Stanley outside yet. so this morning i got up and took him out before i got to be 95 in the shade,,
i put him in a hibiscus that is under a lattice covered deck so there is partial sun exposure.. i misted him frequently, it was amazing to watch him climb up the hibiscus until he got into the sun light, there he froze and flattened out.. just soaking it in!!! i was happy for him, because I'm sure he misses all of the outside time he got in Florida...

Stanley looks good and healthy. It is a wonderful feeling as a cham owner to take them out when you can. It makes you as happy as your cham knowing they are enjoying themselves.

He looks great Lisa! He's getting so big! Have you tried going outside late in the evenings? It's been hot here too. It was 7:00 last night before I could get them out for a few minutes.

draetish, thanks, he eats like a little piglett!!! i love feeding him. he'll even take a silkie from my hand!!! he's such a cutie!!!

Jann,, thanks soo much!!!!!!!! for everything!!!!!!!!!!!!! i'm really enjoying Stanley, he does look ginormous in those pics!!!! it's o hot here, so far the coolest time of day is 8:30-9:30 in the morning.. by evening, even late evening it's still upper 80's here to 90's and humid as all get out!!!!
i was just glad to get him outside instead of just out of his cage for a bit...
