Fender's final set up!!PIC

I can finally say, after 4 months, that I'm happy with my set up! Got a massive Camellia japonica last week, but Fender still loves his ficus so much..
Does really take that long to get at the satisfaction point, or I'm just been slow?
Anyway, here few pictures.
Any comment and suggestions are appreciated!

Pictures 20 to 25 show him with beautiful colors, all happy and content. Not stressed at all so clearly he likes his new home.

Looking at other chams here on the forum is not the most "beautiful" and I don't know if he'll ever get very bright colours, but is my baby, and he' s the greatest cham ever!

Do you have a UVB light on him? I don't see one in the pictures. Also a 6500k fluorescent will help your plant grow.
