Female Panther chameleon shedding

My female panther chameleon is shedding for her first time, ive had her for about a month. Was wondering about how old she is. Also is there anything i should do while this is happening?

No way for us to tell unless you take a pic for us and post it. To help with the shed you can mist her a little extra and keep the cages humidity up. The shed should go fairly quick.

From the picture she looks to be around 4 months old. Nice little female panther you have there.
