Started to notice something wrong with her lower jaw a couple of days ago and now its starting to look like its a problem any advice is much appreciated.
Really the only advice for this girl would be to see a vet as soon as possible. There are things we say to help but in some cases its best to let a vet see the raw infections versus it being cleaned up. May give them more to analyze and visualize.
It really is something a vet needs to treat with antibiotics.
If you need to find a vet that treats chameleons in your area (not all vets have the experience), take a look at the links in these:
What i do in the meantime is get some q-tips and make some salt water solution or betadine (can buy at drug stores) and gently clean and swab area until you can get into a vet. Hope your chameleon is feeling better. Ruth
