Feeding routine

what routine should i feed my 4month yemen. I have 3rd crickets, mealworms, and silkworms. I know i cannot feed him wax and meals often but wouldn't he get bored of the cricks

There's plenty of feeders you can use other than meal worms and wax worms. Try super worms, butter worms, Phoenix worms, silkworms and dubia or discoid roaches.
At 4 months old I recommend feeding everyday. I like to feed my guys in the mornings.

Ive been told feed them when ever there hungry? And others say as much as they can 1-2times aday

I'm pretty sure that if you feed them whenever they are hungry, you'll over feed them.
