Feeding an Older Jacksons

I recently acquired a 13 month Male Jacksons who is doing great. I have been feeding him daily as I have to do so with my younger Panthers, but I got to wondering if maybe I am feeding him to often and making him fat!!

He is currently eating about 5-6 smallish crickets (3/8-1/2") a day with a random Dubia, waxworm, red runner, hornworm, etc thrown in for variety.

At his age should he ne eating every other day? If he eats should I feed him?

Just curious at what point they become 'Mature' and dont need to eat as often.

My male is 14 months old and still eats most days. Some days he will only eat on or two bugs and ther days he eats more. SOme days I don't offer anything just to make him more interested the following day. I don't think it's so important with males, but obviously ovefeeding too many fatty food items is not going to be good in the long run. A well gutloaded cricket is better than a waxworm, for example, and a varied diet of as many feeders that are available to you should also be given. I weigh Monty every week and he is nearing 60g now and he looks about right to me - not skinny, yet not fat either.
