Current Problem - Closing 1 eye. when i touch him. he opens the eye but if seems to cost him some trobble. And cant haved open for a while.

All in all your care looks good, the only things I could suggest would maybe bring him in fro a day or two to monitior him better. Also you could get some polysporin or terrimycin eye drops. That could help.
If he is outside he could have gotten a lil bite or irritated it somehow
 
I have terramycin and pura lub. But they are like 2 years old and i dint see the expiration day
 
I dont beleive the terramycin expires I would try that, and you can get the polysporin drops at any drug stores
