Eye poppin!..

Another day another worry! Haha..
After giving my boy a long mist earlier I noticed his eye doin some crazy stuff.. Like it was moving under the lid, nearly popping out.. And able to see redder skin around the outside ... !
Not bein a total worrier I had a look about and realised he was probably just giving it a good clean.. But now a couple of hours later iv just caught the naughty little guy rubbing it on a branch!
Nothing else seems to be wrong.. I even managed to get him to eat a cricket or two! Spoilt little mister is used to locusts lol..
Any advice on the situation would be immensely appreciated!

He was just cleaning his eyes! Monty does it loads every time I mist him - even to the point of the pink/red bulge out the front of his turrets. Here's a video of my female Veiled, Amy, doing her 'Eyeball Maintenance'!

I just didn't want him to hurt himself 'itching' it against a branch if I could help him some way lol

Mine will itch their eyes on branches too.

awwww, cute I freaked out completely the first time my guy did this. I thought there was a creature under the skin or something!

My Cham does this! Every day! He is cleaning his eyes out so thats completely normal

One of his eyes seems a little swollen tho.. He'll keep it shut whilst misting then scratch the hell out of it.. Doesn't seem to like getting it wet at all..
He did shed only last week though.. So maybe he's got something in it.. Will it come out by himself if somethings agitating it?

Maybe he has a little bit of shed in there, if so when you are misting him
When he opens his eye get some mist in there!!! He will swoosh it around and it should loosen it up and he should be able to get it out! Try this a couple of times
