Exo-Terra Tanzania Expedition

Its well worth the time to watch. Good stuff! Makes you wish you were there!
Earlier expeditions include madagascar. :)

Ugh!

Great pronunciation of nomenclature throughout the video, but I STILL cannot believe they can't write the names correctly. Lygodactylus williamsi is not Lygodactylus Williamsi! The specific epithet is never capitalized! When are people going to learn this!!!

Done with the rant.

Other than that, great images.

*Be sure to watch for T. deremensis near the end!

the deremensis they showed had much more white in their bodies than any I've seen. They mentioned they're the first recorded specimens from that area. Interesting variation.

Is it ok to capitalise "Anal "! ? Thought I was bad about folk referring to venomous animals as 'poisonous'.

:p

Yes, but you must capitalize the whole word :D . I couldn't agree more on the venomous vs poisonous.

Hey Eric. Yes, the contrast on those animals was unusual. What was most interesting, I thought, was to see the minimum lux present in their habitat, and to be able to confirm that they, in fact, must be kept under lower lighting conditions.

Too bad they didn't visit Mt. Meru...
