Your chameleon isnt getting any uvb with the current set up you have. The uvb cant travel through the side panel of the glass fish tank.

I believe he said he took the glass panel off of the top and replaced it with screen

Yea i read that, from the picture it looks like the lights are sitting on glass so i didnt understand if front is screen or the top.
