I have a question about the Enclosure for my female Veiled Chameleon. Right know she is still very small but when she gets bigger would the Reptibreeze 18”x 18” x 36” be big enough for her?

Barely, most would recommend the 24x24x48 xl Reptibreeze.

16x16x30" (40x40x76cm) - Babies/juveniles
18x18x36" (45x45x90cm) - Juveniles/adult female minimum
24x24x48" (60x60x120cm) - Adult male minimum or adult female

Dragon strand also makes great cages if you live in the US. I would've bought one if the shipping cost to Finland wasn't so high.
