Enclosure hand made beginnings

Created the drainage system last night. Cut the top off of two 20oz soda bottles just under the rim and cap. Cut the end of the cap. Drilled two holes in the basin inside the cage. Using sealant, pushed the bottle tops down into the holes to the rim. Underneath, I used the cut down caps as a nut to tighten the bottle tops in place.
Used a garden hose, that fit perfectly into the inside of the bottle tops, for the drain pipe. Added a splitter to bring both drains together and fed the hose out the side into a 5 gallon bucket.

It just keeps growing! Added more sticks, 100% cotton cord and a $25 phone from the dollar store to use as a nanny cam. Download the "Alfred" app for Android. The phone is up in the corner away from the misting. The phone isn't activated, just running over wifi. The app can be accessed via a second phone to stream live video/audio. Works as 2 way communication and records video on command. Excellent cheap way to keep an eye on your cam or assist a caregiver while you are out of town.
Finally, we bought a fake tree for the balcony for his outdoor adventures.
