He will be ok. Some have lost their tails.
Is it crooked, or have any cuts?
There isn’t much a vet could do, unless it was so bad it needed to be amputated. This is not at that lever.
Just leave him and watch. As long as no major swelling or apatite loss. He should be fine.
oh and the bruising may get black, that is how they bruise

I'm not a vet...this is just my opinion.
If the tail still has blood flow to the part below where it got caught in the door it should be ok. If it starts to go necrotic below the bruise then the lower part of the tail will die and eventually fall off or have to be cut off by a vet.
If your worried you should go to a vet and see what the vet says.

Ouch, that is a bit worse. Still what @kinyonga said. If there is blood flow and can move it should be OK.
IF if does start to change color, the tail it self ,not the wound. I would get to a vet unfortunately. It may just fall off, or could spread infection through the body. So he would need antibiotics.
If you are not very experienced on what to look for, Hmm well all I can say is if it looks like it is getting better it likely is. Watch for swelling , puss the standards
The other thing is they can heal fast, so if he is not healing quickly, it could be a sign of something else.
Still over all the pic doesn't look terrible, I think he is gonna be OK. Are there other pictures ?
Though he may want you to go through the door first from now on. lol

Son did this to his bearded once and it got tail rot from the part that was closed in the door to the end of the tail, about 2". Took a month of cleaning it and using Neosporin before it fell off. Was sad but he lived.
