Yes they will lay eggs weather they mate or not. You are lucky she laid them without a laying ben, she could have very easily become egg bound. You might want to take a look at the care sheets we have on here, and see what else you missed.
 
From what I can see in that pic it looks like she may have some more serious health problems. I won't know for sure unless you post more obvious pictures of her body
 
That obviously means she didn't like something about the lay bin. The fact that her legs look swollen, she also looks like she is carrying a lot of extra weight or her casque and face are swollen. Which neither should be. Females shouldn't be overweight at all unless there is something physically wrong with them that makes them appear so. Females should in fact look a bit thin, or just average, their food intake should be strictly controlled unless you are purposefully trying to produce a dangerously large amount of eggs.
