my veiled is eating my umbrella plant

is this normal/safe?

what other greens should i offer as a substitute?

how should i offer these alternative greens? by hanging from something i imagine?

any input would be appreciated thank you.

I am certainly no expert but I am sure I did read on the plant directory section of this forum that the sap from umbrella plants can be toxic. Maybe someone can confirm this true/untrue?

There are a few species of umbrella tree (Schefflera) in use, but they're generally considered to be "cham-safe" plants. Pothos (viny) Ficus (many varieties, mostly trees) and Hibiscus are popular, safe plants. My veiled will occasionally take a bite of her umbrella tree, but prefers the Pothos.
