Eating Pothos?

Pothos is quite literally the most often recommended plant for Chams. It does no harm at all, but maybe you'd like to try offering a few dark green leaves and/ or soft fruit like strawbs and kiwi if your cham is interested in plant matter.....

Like spinach or lettuce/cabbage? What about the leaves of strawberries?

Yes, but not too much lettuce, I've heard that it can give diarrhea.
Dandelions are good (and free) and they like the yellow flowers too......
I don't know about strawberry leaves...

Eating pothos will not hurt your chameleon, athough if a significant amount of the leaves are eaten the plant will certainly suffer! :) I recommend having two plants, so that you can alternate one in the cage and one out in a sunny spot recovering! Also Davids advice is spot on - offer leafy greens like dandelion leaves, hibiscus leaves, kale, grape vine leaves, as well as thin shaved slices of carrot, papaya, apple, and small pieces of strawberries (thr fruit, not the leaves) and grapes.
