Eating plants?

I just walked into my Jackson's room and saw him trying to eat one of the fake plants..is this normal??

Ive never seen my jackson lick, nibble or eat a plant.
It is very common for other chameleons to eat plants, so its fairly normal behavior.
I have heard they could do this when dehydrated, how do his urates look?

His urates look good....brown and white. I mist his cage 6x's a day and dripping system 4x's a day. He drinks good...just never seen him do it before..thanks. I will keep an eye on him

I doubt hes dehydrated. Probably just curious is all
